Welcome to Shop AI. These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of the Shop AI service. Please read them carefully. By using Shop AI you accept these Terms.

1. About Us
Shop AI is operated by Escaped Pixels Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14782773), with its registered office at 797 Harrow Road, Sudbury Town, Wembley, Middlesex, HA0 2LP, United Kingdom. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Escaped Pixels Limited. References to "you" or "your" mean the person using Shop AI.

2. What Shop AI Is
Shop AI is an AI-powered shopping assistant. We help you look up product prices, monitor those prices over time, send you alerts when prices change, and surface relevant retailers. We are an information service: we do not sell, ship, fulfil or refund the products you may purchase from third-party retailers. All purchases happen on the retailer's own website, under that retailer's own terms.

3. Account and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Shop AI. Your phone number acts as your account identifier. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure. If your number changes, contact us so we can update or close the account.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use Shop AI for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or probe the service for vulnerabilities; impersonate another person; use automated systems to send messages in bulk; or use Shop AI to harass, defame or threaten anyone. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been breached.

5. Pricing Information
Prices shown by Shop AI come from third-party retailers and price-data providers. We do our best to keep them accurate, but prices change frequently and we cannot guarantee that any price shown is current at the moment you make a purchase. Always confirm the price on the retailer's own site before completing a transaction.

6. Affiliate Links
Some of the links Shop AI sends you are affiliate links. If you make a purchase via one of those links we may earn a commission from the retailer, at no extra cost to you. The use of an affiliate link does not affect the price you pay. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

7. No Buying or Selling Advice
Shop AI is not a financial, legal, or professional buying advice service. Our recommendations are informational. You are solely responsible for the purchase decisions you make.

8. Intellectual Property
The Shop AI service, its software, its content, the "Shop AI" name and any associated trademarks belong to Escaped Pixels Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Shop AI is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific product or price will be available at any given time.

10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Shop AI. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed £100.

11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Escaped Pixels Limited harmless against any claim brought by a third party arising from your misuse of Shop AI or your breach of these Terms.

12. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page. Your continued use of Shop AI after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Termination
You may stop using Shop AI at any time. Sending "/delete me" permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or are misusing the service.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms (including non-contractual disputes) is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer-protection law.
